These Terms govern your use of Medical PDF Solutions (the “Service”), operated by Medical PDF Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service detects form fields in an uploaded PDF and returns a copy with fillable form fields added. A free “Standard” tier uses automated heuristics; a paid “AI” tier uses an AI model for higher accuracy and costs one credit per form.
You sign in with an email magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. A credit is spent only when you run the AI tier on a form; free conversions never spend a credit. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service is not HIPAA-accredited and we do not enter into Business Associate Agreements. You agree not to upload PHI or other regulated personal data. Use blank, de-identified, or sample forms. You are solely responsible for the contents of files you upload.
The Service is a document-conversion tool. It does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice, and output must be reviewed by you before use.
Field detection is automated and imperfect. We do not warrant that all fields are detected, that detected fields are correct, or that output is fit for any particular purpose. Always review and correct the result before relying on it.
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it without permission.
You retain all rights to the files you upload and the output you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
