The free Standard tier lets you upload, preview, and download fillable PDFs at no charge. You only pay for the AI tier, and only when you choose it.
You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and reduce your credit balance accordingly.
A credit is “used” once an AI conversion has run on a form. Used credits are generally non-refundable, because the AI processing cost has already been incurred. If an AI conversion failed due to a problem on our side (e.g., the Service errored and produced no usable result), contact us and we’ll refund or restore that credit.
Email us via the contact link on our home page with the email on your account and, if relevant, the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute.
We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
